At FES HealthTech, we respect your right to control your digital footprint. As part of our commitment to GDPR, CCPA, and Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), we offer straightforward, transparent methods to permanently erase your account and all associated cloud coordination records.

Method 1: Instant In-App Account Deletion (Recommended)

If you currently have the Murshid Companion app installed on your smartphone, you can trigger an instantaneous, automated deletion of your account and cloud footprint without human intervention:

1 Navigate to Account Deletion inside the App

• If you are linked to a clinic: Navigate to the Settings (الإعدادات) tab from the bottom navigation bar ← Legal & Compliance (الشؤون القانونية) ← tap Delete Account & Data (حذف الحساب والبيانات).
• If you are a new unlinked subscriber: From the top of the Clinic Connect screen, tap the Options Menu (⋮) ← choose Delete Account & Data.

2 Unlock the Security Confirmation Barrier

Review the luxury security modal detailing the irreversible consequences. To prevent accidental taps and confirm your conscious intent, type the required keyword (DELETE or حذف) into the confirmation text box.

3 Instant Atomic Execution & Local Wipe

Upon tapping the confirmation button, the cloud infrastructure immediately unlinks all clinics, deletes your Firebase Authentication profile, purges all local asymmetric encryption keys from the secure hardware keystore, clears your local cache, and redirects you to the login screen.

Method 2: Direct Web Deletion Request Form (For Uninstalled Apps or Lost Devices)

If you have already uninstalled the Murshid Companion app or lost access to your device, you can submit an official deletion request instantly using this verified form for swift review and execution by our Data Protection Officer:

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted?

Here is a precise breakdown of how each tier of your information is handled upon deletion:

✅ Permanently Erased (Within 0-72h)

Firebase Authentication profile (UID, email, display name).
All cloud linkage documents (clinic_links).
Ephemeral transit keys, coordination state, and cryptographic handshakes.

📱 Locally on Your Device

All local diet plans, daily water logs, and habits.
Private Curve25519 cryptographic keys in secure storage.
Tip: Uninstalling the application completely erases all local database files instantly.

☁️ Personal Google Drive Backups

Your encrypted .mcb backups reside strictly inside your private Google Drive.
FES HealthTech has zero access to your Google Drive.
You can delete your backup file anytime directly via your Google Drive interface.

🏥 Clinical Records at Your Clinic

Deleting your Murshid Companion account purges your subscriber account, unlinks all clinics, and wipes your data from the companion platform. However, it does not automatically delete historical medical or clinical records already archived by your treating specialist or clinic.

Clinics operate as independent custodians of their clinical health records. If you wish to request the modification or deletion of your medical file stored at the healthcare center, please contact your healthcare specialist or clinic administration directly.

Timeline: In-app deletions take effect immediately. Web-based email requests are verified and executed within 48 to 72 business hours in full compliance with international privacy mandates.
