What gets deleted?

Your name and email (Firebase)
Gold Points balance (Firestore)
Financial transaction history
Synced app settings

⏱ Deleted within 30 days of approving your request

⚠️ Local Data on Your Phone

Your patients' data (Isar DB)
Uploaded logos and images
Local settings

We do not own this data and cannot delete it remotely.
Delete the app or clear its data from phone settings: Settings ← Apps ← Murshid ← Clear Data.

ℹ️ Google Drive Backup

If you previously enabled backup
You will find your files in your Google Drive account
Folder: Apps ← Murshid

You can manually delete it from drive.google.com ← Storage ← Backups

⚖️ Legal Note Financial transaction records (invoices and purchases) may be retained for up to 90 days from the date of the deletion request for accounting and financial compliance purposes stipulated in relevant regulations, after which they are permanently and completely deleted and cannot be recovered.

Deletion Request Submitted Successfully!

Thank you for confirming your request. We have successfully received your account data deletion request and it is being forwarded for review and completion of deletion from all our cloud servers within 30 days. We will keep you updated on the progress of your request via email.

Request Processing Timeline

Day 1

Request Receipt and Immediate Confirmation

Once your request is received, an immediate confirmation email is sent to you containing a reference number for your request to track it later.

Days 1 – 7

Identity and Eligibility Verification

Our team verifies that the requester is the actual account owner, and we may contact you for confirmation if we need additional information.

Days 7 – 30

Gradual Data Deletion from All Systems

Your cloud account data is gradually deleted from Firebase, Firestore, and all our internal systems. Transaction records are retained until the legal retention period expires.

Day 30

Deletion Completion Confirmation

We will send you a final email confirming the completion of the deletion of all cloud data, detailing what has been deleted and what will be deleted later (billing records).

Local data is deleted immediately upon confirming deletion inside the app. Cloud data is deleted within 30 days following the same timeline above. This method does not require manual review and processing starts automatically.
